AC Hotel Orlando Lake Buena Vista: our Disney trip without a car
Clean rooms, repetitive hot breakfasts and a shuttle that did not fit our days with young children: our November 2025 Orlando stay notes.
AC Hotel Orlando Lake Buena Vista had clean, attractive rooms, but the Disney transport did not fit our days with young children. We travelled without a car. For another Disney trip, we would choose a more convenient base.
Check the shuttle times before booking
During our 2025 stay, the return options did not suit our family's rhythm. If you plan to rely on the shuttle, ask for the current destinations and departure and return times before choosing the hotel. Check them against the days you want to spend in the parks.
Breakfast with children
Breakfast was adequate, although the hot dish was the same each day. We also found the breakfast charging policy for our two-year-old inconsistent. Ask what each child's breakfast will cost and have it confirmed with the room rate.
